Norton was said to be ‘of Warwick’ when returned to his third Parliament and ‘of Warwickshire’ when he was granted a royal pardon in June 1398. To judge from his five elections to Parliament, he was of some local importance, but nothing else is known of him.1C67/30 m. 16.
